Metro Social Club Fitness Cancellation Policy Overview:

We require a 30 day notice of cancellation, as well as a $50 early termination fee applicable to accounts within the first 12 months of membership. There is a $50 convenience fee applied to all memberships cancelled online, no exceptions.
Members remain responsible for all amounts owed at the date of cancellation; the cancellation request will not be processed until all outstanding amounts are resolved. This includes membership dues, as well as the convenience fee and cancellation fee if applicable.

Once you submit the request for cancellation, you will receive an email invoice confirming the amount owed. You are then responsible for paying the total balance through the Member Portal or by calling into your home club during staffed hours to process a payment over the phone.
